For the past week or so cannot connect to myhughesnet.com, can use tabs and connect to another site, google, AT&T etc.,. Sites load slow but I'm still able to connect to most that are listed in my favorite sites, except myhughesnet.com or myway. getting a lot of error messages web accell 506 error. Weather my area great. Called India, ran test, saw errors, am being kicked over to level 4, only, I have to wait for them return my call. Indicated it would take a couple of days. Meanwhile I'm fighting system trying to get pages to load. I have two computers hooked to system, using both ie7 and ie8 and also have tried safari. I'm also getting system locks with both computers when I try to log on to Hughesnet. Get errors that say not responding so I have to Cntrl Alt Delete to actually shut down the connection. Is there anyone else having problems connecting to NOC in New York via 93West. Trying to make sure it's not just me or my setups? Also, everything in system control page looks good, signal strenght same as always, low very low error rate on xmit. Checked system control error page, an occasional red x, TCP has one or two and that's it. Am just wondering if 93 West is not going belly up????
