I also own a group and when I get messages from Grouply and they memtion a certain members name, she/he is ban, even if they do not have a grouply email address. They have surrendered all of their personal info to the group or they have gotten the info from another memeber. The fact that they have it is enought to get banned. If the member wants to rejoin after she has left Grouply and has a new email address, she may. Group owners can go to Grouply.com and have ther group exempt from all grouply postings.
I did this and it seems to have helped, I have received no other mailings from them.
