The are only 2 modems and only one of them has an S on the end. There is a
DW7000 and there is some value and there is an HN7000S which is the current
model. Which do you have?

Is there value to this modem anymore?
My account was mistakenly cancelled by HughesNet last November verses
suspension which I had asked for. They did it to clear up a billing issue.
When I went for reactivation they would do that because they were phasing
out the DW7000s on their net. Only legacy DW7000s could remain active. They
did offer to replace mone with an HN7000s with a one year commitment. No
amount of "groveling" and multiple phone calls would them to reactivate it.
I rented an HN7000s from a local installer to get through the summer.
Is there something more I could do to try to get mine reactivated?
