If you are somewhat familiar with setting up a Satellite system you could
maybe check out some used systems that are available. Here is one in MT
that might be on your way to DV:

There are dealers for a new system on here that may be near you or on your
route south or that would ship you a system with a set up manual. Getting
TV on the same dish is possible if you are assigned to the right satellite
for the internet but you may have to have a separate dish for HD TV.
